Vegan Quinoa Patties
One of my passions is to cook and share recipes for healthy, nourishing food. This is a recipe I found on myvega.com, which is an excellent site for vegan nutrition. Although this recipe is vegan, I believe non-vegans as well as vegans will find these patties quite satisfying. These patties are lightly spiced with curry and packed with protein. They have become a regular in our house! I like to top them with vegan yogurt or regular organic yogurt.
Give them a try and let me know what you think!
